Why did I start Everything lee
Home project to learn web design and blogging. Useful tool to consolidate what I know and learn as i go through life. Choosing to keep posts as working pieces rather than just creating them and forgetting about them. This way I feel I can create much better in depth pieces which would be a better read for me and the user as they would contain potentially months even years of information.
In my mind everyone should have there own personal website, it acts like a blank canvas for the mind and a great way to express yourself to an audience. It is also an incentive that it could become a full time pursuit if i learn and apply to web design, blogging and social media.
Everythinglee is really a test piece my work will scattered between different subjects such as travelling and languages, coding and digital skills and health fitness and personal development.
I aim to handwrite my posts with no AI. This serves two purposes:
1. Handwriting is preferred by google and their algorithm it has been trained to pick up AI written content and scores it badly. By handwriting everything this should make my content favourable.
2. Handwriting content is a great way to train the brain into consolidating (chunking) the information – essentially its making me think before I write it. It sounds really basic but its something that I may have overlooked as often I haven’t articulated what I know and understand and often overdone some subjects and completely ignored other subjects.
It would be nice to use everythinglee as a second income or even main income source
